How much will WellyBins cost me?

As with anything, the answer is varied. It depends on you, how long you need the bins and how many you require.

To give you a sense, we offer our bins at a rate of $0.40 (40 cents) per bin with a minimum order of 20 and minimum 14 day rental period.

For example 20 bins ($0.40 each) x 14 days = $112

We offer delivery and pick up services at a rate of $1.50/km

What are WellyBin dimensions?

The moving bin dimensions we offer are 27"Lx17"Wx13"H and can hold up to 65 lbs worth of contents. Each bin weights about 7.5 lbs.

How can I pay?

Payment for your order is due within 24 hours of your booking request- Our admin will contact you to confirm dates and bin quantity prior to accepting payment. Your booking will be held for a 24 hour window and if payment as well as the signed rental agreement is not received; the booking dates will be released. Payment can be made by etransfer.

Do you offer packing and or moving services too?

No, we do not. However, ask us about our partnerships- we've partnered with the best of the best to ensure your move goes smoothly whether its movers, packing services, professional organizers- we've got you covered!

How are WellyBins cleaned between rentals?

Great question! All our WellyBin rentals are thoroughly cleaned and inspected between each use. They are meticulously vacuumed and wiped down from top to bottom, inside and outside with an eco-friendly, scent free disinfectant spray. They are then meticulously inspected for any wear and tear or potential breaks before being eligible for rentals again.

WellyBin is a moving bin rental company founded by a husband and wife duo in the heart of Fergus, Ontario. We aren't a national or global franchise, we are locally run and operated. When you choose us to help with your moving solutions you're supporting a small family run business not a multi-million dollar conglomerate. You are not a number to us, we have a vested interest in ensuring when all is said and done you would choose us again and again. We rent out fantastic moving bins but it's much more than that- we are here to make your moving experience as stress-free and organized as it possibly can be.

Absolutely! WellyBin rentals are available direct to consumer for residential moving/renovating purposes as well as commercially to businesses requiring moving bins for office moves or otherwise.

Unfortunately our WellyBins do have to stay in Southern Ontario- but let us know where you're headed and we will give you our best recommendation for rental companies offering long distance moves.

Do I have to pay a damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

As with most rental companies, a damage deposit is the gold standard. It ensures that if an accident occurs or in the instance of theft that WellyBin can continue to fulfill upcoming rental contracts with replacement bins. To make things as easy as possible, we accept e-transfers for the $250 deposit and provide an instant refund within 24 hours of accepting the returned bins.
